We’re excited to be working with Lawrence Community Works (LCW) – which has purchased the historic Southwick Mill – to promote important residential and commercial development with a positive community theme.
LCW has a remarkable record for working with the local community and assisting with meaningful education, housing and economic development initiatives. The Southwick Mill proposal – which also involves owners of the successful 60 Island Street Bell Tower Mill – has the potential of being a national model as a mixed use community. As proposed, it will include residential opportunities for families, commercial and medical space, day care and green space and around the Merrimack River.
