Vong Ros Joins The Edge Group, Inc.
 Vong Ros and The Edge Group, Inc. have announced his association as Sales Agent for Commercial Brokerage. Ros, of Dracut, is a former Executive Director of the Cambodian Mutual Assistance Association and also directs an elder service care program in Lowell, MA. Ros previously worked for Fleet Bank as a Vice President of Business Development and for the Small Business Assistance Center in Lowell.

Ros is a member of the Board of Directors of the Lowell Development Finance Corporation and the Board of Directors of the Greater Workforce Investment Board, among other community service positions. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration-Management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Congratulations to Fuse! Fuse Bistro formally conducted their Grand Opening at the Firehouse in downtown Lowell this past Sunday. Pictured here, Melissa Hardy and Scott Pelletier look out over their new operation and opening crowd. To date, reviews have been great - we can personally attest to that - and Fuse is a great addition to the local restaurant scene. The Edge Group, Inc. is pleased to have worked with owners of the Firehouse to select and assist Fuse in its start up endeavors.
Walls are up and 60 tons of concrete have been poured in place to form a 364-space parking deck of the Drum Hill Medical Building, constructed by Lowell General Hospital (LGH). The 30,000 square foot property is scheduled to be completed in May, 2012. It will contain new offices for Orthopaedic Surgical Associates of Lowell and Merrimack Valley Cardiology. Working with the Town of Chelmsford, the hospital’s plans call for extensive landscaping, a partial green roof, and unique “green screens” that will allow plantings to enhance the appearance of the deck structure. The Edge Group, Inc. and Equity Alliance, LLC are planning and coordinating construction of the development.

Additional counseling for veterans and their families will soon be available thanks to an expansion of the Veterans Center at Gateway Center I in Lowell. The expansion agreement was negotiated by The Edge Group, Inc., which is also supervising construction.
